Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Manager located in Mohali district. The selected individual will manage affiliate relationships, oversee campaign performance, and drive online marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing affiliate strategies, optimizing campaign performance, handling account management activities, and collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams to boost engagement and conversions. Qualifications Proficient in Affiliate Management and Account Management to build and maintain affiliate partnerships Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and external stakeholders Sales skills to drive affiliate program success and achieve performance targets Knowledge of Online Marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and analytics Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in performance or digital marketing is an advantage
