The agency specializes in driving high-quality traffic for industry leaders and is currently looking to add an Influencer Marketing Team Lead to its team. Position: Influencer Marketing Team Lead Work Mode: Fully Remote Location: India Responsibilities: - Leading a team of influencer marketing managers in the India region in the iGaming sector. - Training new team members on operational and business processes (working with CRM systems, partner dashboards, and traffic analytics tools); - Conducting regular team evaluations, providing mentorship, and supporting professional development; - Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies tailored to local cultural contexts and audience behaviour; - Identifying, selecting, and negotiating with key influencers; - Optimizing campaign scaling processes; - Analyzing campaign performance, setting KPIs, managing budgets, and preparing reports; - Testing new formats and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, X, etc.); - Collaborating with the creative and media teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies. Requirement: - Has experience working with bloggers, influencers, and media personalities in the Latin American / Indian market; - Has at least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, including at least 1 year of managing a team of 10+ people; - Was involved in building processes from scratch or scaling projects to new regions.; - Has worked with budgets starting from $100,000; - Understands the specifics of the Latin American/ Indian market; - Possesses strong skills in budgeting, media planning, and performance analysis; - Has excellent communication and negotiation skills; - Speaks English fluently (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
