As a VIP manager , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our sales call centre operations
and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
:
β Informational support of VIP clients of the company (calls, chats);
β Establishment and development of long-term partnership relations;
β Detailed identification of users' needs;
β Working with objections, taking measures to satisfy them;
β Presentation of product advantages, novelties and bonuses, individually selected for
each client;
β Timely reporting. Required Qualifications
:
β Fluency in English and Hindi/Bengali is essential;
β Experience in direct, active or cross selling will be an advantage.
β Experience in chatting/on calls with customers (the ability to communicate
intelligently, listen to the needs and βpainβ of customers is a true art that we value
highly!
