Draft and implement
company policies, procedures, and HR systems
Prepare
employment contracts/agreements
for engineers, supervisors, and staff
Maintain
attendance, punctuality, and discipline
of employees and site teams
Develop and enforce
on-site and office-level coordination systems
Ensure timely filing of
PF, ESIC, labour compliance, and statutory documents
Maintain records of labour, staff, and subcontractor compliance
Coordinate and attend
client meetings, compliance audits, and inspections
Handle
onboarding, documentation, ID cards, and joining formalities
Monitor
leave management, roster scheduling, and manpower records
Support management in handling
disciplinary issues and HR grievances
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for
labour documentation
Maintain and update
MIS reports and HR records
Ensure smooth coordination between
HR, Accounts, and Site Teams
Represent the company for
compliance-related queries with clients or authorities

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Graduate in HR / Administration / Commerce / Management
Experience:
26 years in HR/Admin/Compliance (construction industry preferred)
Skills:
Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and compliance
Experience in drafting contracts and company policies
Good coordination and reporting skills
Ability to deal with site teams, labour, and clients
Strong follow-up, discipline, and documentation habits
