Job Summary

• Key Responsibilities

  :

• Roadway Construction

  :
• Oversee the construction of road layers, including subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, and BC, ensuring project specifications are met.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality control to guarantee the longevity and performance of each road layer.
• Supervise pavement quality concrete (PQC) construction for high-quality roadwork.

• Structural Works

  :
• Manage RCC structure construction, ensuring high standards for foundations, beams, columns, and slabs.
• Ensure precision in concrete work and compliance with structural design.

• Retaining Walls

  :
• Supervise the construction of unreinforced concrete retaining walls (UCR).
• Prepare and verify bar bending schedules (BBS) for retaining walls, ensuring accurate reinforcement placement.

• Rate Analysis & Estimation

  :
• Perform detailed rate analysis for various construction activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment, supporting project profitability.

• Masonry & Finishing Works

  :
• Oversee brickwork, kerbstone installation, paver blocks, and SWD construction, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
• Ensure timely completion of masonry work with attention to detail.

• Excavation & Backfilling

  :
• Manage excavation and backfilling processes, ensuring safety and proper compaction for structural integrity.

• Site Management & Coordination

  :
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor material usage, project timelines, and labor productivity.
• Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure project alignment.

• Safety & Compliance

  :
• Ensure all construction activities follow safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control measures.
• Maintain detailed records of all testing, inspections, and project compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in roadways, structural works, and rate analysis.
• Strong knowledge of road testing procedures, RCC structures, BBS , and rate analysis.
• Dedication to hard work and commitment to the success of the company.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
