This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence and reliability in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities • Raw Material and Finished Goods Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished admixture products to ensure they meet the company's quality parameters and relevant industry standards (e.g., IS, ASTM). • In-Process Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of materials during the manufacturing process, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the standard. • Product Performance Analysis: Perform various tests on admixture products, including but not limited to, setting time, compressive strength, and workability of concrete. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control tests and analyses. Prepare certificates of analysis (COA) for finished products and generate regular quality reports for management. • Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document any non-conforming materials or products.
