Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing the day-today task of large-scale design projects which includes project coordination, managing submittals, and creating architecture and construction drawings, review of drawings, ensuring the incorporation of design intent. Proficiency in architecture bylaws and design principles Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, sustainable design practices, and industry regulations. Work on multiple projects providing techniques in ways that may explore new ways of achieving design solutions and effecting utilizing self/ resources to address project requirements. Also collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, and clients. Qualifications: - B- Arch / M Arch from an accredited institution. With 10 + years of relevant work experience in the architectural field.
