Senior Architect

• We are actively seeking talented and driven key member of our architectural team to
• join as Senior Architect for Architectural Design Development and documentation of
• construction projects. The Senior Architect will also assist in solving design
• complexities, and be responsible for leading specific aspects of the project and project
• team. To assist in the overall effort of completing the various phases of the project, and
• contribute to innovative and sustainable architectural designs.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-today task of large-scale design projects
• which includes project coordination, managing submittals, and creating
• architecture and construction drawings, review of drawings, ensuring the
• incorporation of design intent.
• Proficiency in architecture bylaws and design principles
• Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, sustainable
• design practices, and industry regulations.
• Work on multiple projects providing techniques in ways that may explore new
• ways of achieving design solutions and effecting utilizing self/ resources to
• address project requirements. Also collaborate with multidisciplinary project
• teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.

Qualifications:

- B- Arch / M Arch from an accredited institution. With 10 + years of relevant work

experience in the architectural field. Having managed a team of juniors and is

proficient with all stages of designing high rise structures.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other Architectural tools.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

- Passion for sustainable and innovative architectural design solutions.

- Creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
