Role Overview

DAMAC Properties is seeking a Senior Architect to join its design and development team in Noida. The role will manage architectural design from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with luxury standards, statutory requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development for residential / mixed-use / luxury projects
• Prepare and review concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, landscape, and interior consultants
• Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, NBC, and statutory approvals
• Review consultant drawings to meet DAMAC design and quality benchmarks
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and constructability discussions
• Coordinate with project, construction, and QS teams during execution
• Support authority submissions and technical clarifications
• Monitor site execution to maintain design intent

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized institute
• 6–12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in large-scale residential / commercial / mixed-use developments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools, and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of Indian building codes and approval processes
• Developer or international project exposure preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and design sensibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
