Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team for major government projects in Indore. The ideal candidate will have direct and recent experience delivering large-scale government institutional buildings such as hospitals, educational campuses, or similar institutional spaces, with a proven track record in projects valued above ₹350 Crore.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of electrical engineering scope in large government institutional building projects.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and government authorities to ensure full project compliance and approval.
• Supervise site investigations, electrical system design, estimation, tendering, and value engineering.
• Lead, mentor, and manage site teams, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety and statutory standards.
• Ensure timely procurement of electrical systems and materials.
• Prepare and review project reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Resolve on-site technical issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with regulatory and client requirements.
• Manage coordination with multiple agencies and stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Required Experience & Skills

• 6–12 years of core experience in electrical engineering for large-scale government institutional buildings (hospitals, campuses, research institutes, etc.).
• Major project execution experience (project size above ₹350 Crore) is essential.
• Hands-on experience in government project documentation, tendering, contracts, and compliance with government authorities.
• Strong understanding of electrical design, HT/LT systems, fire detection, building automation, and sustainable design practices.
• Proficiency with electrical engineering software/tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and inter-departmental coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with projects for central/state government departments, PSUs, or institutional campuses (IITs, IIMs, NITs, AIIMS, ESIC, etc.).
• Exposure to third-party quality audits and working with international consultants is a plus.

Note: Applications not meeting all mandatory criteria—especially government institutional building experience—will not be considered. Only candidates with an Electrical Engineering degree will be shortlisted.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
