The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction activities and the ability to manage site operations independently. Experience Requirement: B.Tech in Civil Engineering: Minimum 1 year of experience Diploma in Civil Engineering: Minimum 2 years of experience Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards Coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, and the project management team Ensure timely execution and completion of assigned work with required quality standards Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and documentation Oversee material usage, stock levels, and site requirements Ensure compliance with safety norms and overall site discipline Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (as per experience criteria above) Strong understanding of civil engineering construction practices Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at the site Problem-solving ability and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Civil engineering: 1 year (Preferred) Construction Supervision: 1 year (Required) Location: Ernakulam, Kerala (Required) Work Location: In person
