Key Responsibilities

1. Structural Design and Analysis

   :
• Prepare and interpret bar bending schedules (BBS) for accurate reinforcement detailing.

2. Construction Oversight

   :
• Oversee the construction of RCC structures, including formwork (shuttering and centering), concreting, and staging.
• Manage the execution of structural elements, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

3. Project Management

   :
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

4. Technical Proficiency

   :
• Utilize engineering software for design and analysis (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Implement effective construction management practices and techniques.

5. Quality Control and Compliance

   :
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Address and resolve any construction-related issues or discrepancies.

6. Documentation and Reporting

   :
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to structural design, construction processes, and project progress.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.

7. Safety Management

   :
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
• Implement and oversee safety measures for site personnel and equipment.

8. Team Collaboration

   :
• Work closely with other engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and contribute to team success.
• make measurement sheet of work done and get checked from client and make RA bill

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on RCC structures and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of bar bending schedules (BBS), shuttering and centering, concreting, and staging.
• Proven experience in RCC Structures ( tanks, STPs, retaining walls, culverts, and building structures).
• Proficiency in engineering design and analysis software.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
