Handle payroll of employees.
Hands on experience of CTC structure preparation.
Awareness about all payroll related statutory compliances and need to be handled accurately on time.
Able to prepare F&F Statement of exit cases.
To assist in ISO audit activities.Time attendance fetching & monitoring.Daily basis monitoring of attendance for employees.Prepare OT payment of Plant & Casuals by eliminating unwanted OT claimed and assisting Accounts in audit.Prepare Contractor/ Casual salary payment and assist Accounts in Audit.Able to create Bio metric and take induction of new joiners .Providing support in salary, bonus, leave encashment preparation.Checking of OT payment sheet.General administrative work and other work as assigned by the Management from time to time.
