Job Description

Work Type: Full Time - Work From Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll with accuracy and in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain payroll records and employee salary data.
  • Manage payroll software and coordinate with the finance department for salary payments.
  • Calculate and process provident fund and other statutory deductions.
  • Monitor daily attendance and working hours using biometric or time tracking systems.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to attendance logs or system issues.
  • Generate and maintain attendance reports on a daily & monthly basis.
  • Track and manage leave applications including annual & unpaid leave.
  • Address employee queries related to leave entitlements and usage.
  • Ensure leave policy compliance and recommend policy updates when necessary.
  • Maintain confidential employee records securely and accurately.
  • Assist in audits and reporting related to payroll and HR compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in payroll and attendance management.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
