Job Description

The role of a Global Sales and Support Coordinator is a vital position within our company, requiring a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail. As the coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing international sales operations and providing top-notch support to both clients and internal teams. Your role will involve effectively bridging the gap between sales execution and customer service, ensuring smooth communication, efficient order processing, and high levels of client satisfaction across various global markets. In your capacity as a Global Sales and Support Coordinator, some of your key responsibilities will include: Sales Coordination: - Collaborating with and supporting global sales teams in their day-to-day operations. - Monitoring sales performance, generating reports, and maintaining CRM data. - Contributing to the development and execution of international sales strategies. - Handling the preparation and management of sales documentation such as proposals, contracts, and presentations. - Keeping a close eye on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities. Customer Support: - Acting as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. - Managing order processing, coordinating shipments, and providing after-sales support. - Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and managing export documentation. - Coordinating with logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to guarantee timely delivery and invoicing. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in international sales coordination and customer support. - A solid understanding of global trade practices and export documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce. - Multilingual skills would be considered a valuable asset.
