To explore more about us please visit https://www.dkit.in  Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee the entire financial operations of the company. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and other financial records. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements. Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annual budgets. Provide support in financial planning and forecasting activities. Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance. Inter-CA will be an added advantage. Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in accounting software Tally or equivalent) and MS Excel. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
