Junior Account Executive

To know more, visit www.dkit.in. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations: Handle day-to-day accounting entries including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments. Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers. Record and reconcile bank transactions. Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and reports. Support the Accounts Manager in closing books of accounts on a monthly and yearly basis. Taxation & Compliance: Prepare GST workings, input credit reconciliation, and TDS deductions. Assist in timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Maintain records for audit and compliance purposes. Documentation & Coordination: Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for queries and data submission. Support management with any ad-hoc accounting tasks and data analysis. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 2–4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills.
