Position: Safety Officer Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers can also apply) Location: Gurgaon Industry: HVAC, Civil & Interior Projects Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of safety procedures, compliance standards, and on-site safety management in HVAC and Civil & Interior projects. The role involves ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained on-site and promoting a culture of safety awareness among all team members. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs. Provide safety induction and training to site workers and staff. Maintain safety records, incident reports, and documentation. Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure safe work practices. Ensure proper usage of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines. Support in emergency response planning and incident investigation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Safety, Industrial Safety, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (HVAC/Civil/Interior preferred). Strong knowledge of on-site safety protocols and compliance requirements. Good communication and observation skills. Fresher candidates with strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.
