Safety Officer

Role Overview: As a Safety Officer at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest safety standards on-site and promoting a culture of safety awareness among all team members. Your responsibilities will involve conducting regular site inspections, implementing safety policies, providing training to staff, maintaining safety records, and coordinating with project teams to ensure safe work practices. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs. - Provide safety induction and training to site workers and staff. - Maintain safety records, incident reports, and documentation. - Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure safe work practices. - Ensure proper usage of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines. - Support in emergency response planning and incident investigation.
