Safety Officer

Position: Safety Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of safety procedures, compliance standards, and on-site safety management in HVAC and Civil & Interior projects. The role involves ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained on-site and promoting a culture of safety awareness among all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Provide safety induction and training to site workers and staff.
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure safe work practices.
• Ensure proper usage of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Support in emergency response planning and incident investigation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Safety, Industrial Safety, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (HVAC/Civil/Interior preferred).
• Strong knowledge of on-site safety protocols and compliance requirements.
• Good communication and observation skills.

Salary: As per industry standards
