Job Description Purpose The purpose of this role is to ensure reliable, compliant, and high-performance solar plant operations through effective O&M management, preventive maintenance, statutory compliance, financial coordination, and continuous performance monitoring at a central level. Organization Chart Position reports to Positions Peer With : Solar O&M Head : Cluster managers, Site team, Govt Officials, Insurance team, auditors, Regulatory team. Location : Navi Mumbai Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators) Clearing Plant insurance claims MD & BI. From intimation, Coordination, providing related documentation to insurance team & closing the case up to payment. Supervising Plant preventive maintenance, check lists, implementing CAPA, RCA. ¢ Checking the frequency of PMs, audits, clearing gaps, quality of documentation, O&M-DMS. ¢ Checking PM issues, material requirements, Closing the observations & follow-up team. ¢ Monthly follow-up site JMRs, checking, Clearing JMRs on time, Hand overing to Regulatory. ¢ Plant lender visits finalization, documentation, clearing the audit points. ¢ Coordinating project finance, Accounts, F&S team for site performance reports. ¢ Clearing statutory compliance like CEIG, Baymainteance, G-Tax, GSS end testing of Billing meters calibration, testing works of CT & PT (Both metering & protection), PQT, Fire NOC, Plant related sensors & meters calibration, stability certification, Grievances. ¢ Coordinating site team, concern dept. clearing vendor registration & payments. ¢ Good knowledge on solar O&M, KPIs of PR, PA, GA, TA,CUF Compliance, Budgets, losses. ¢ Both OPEX, CAPEX, Spares, Statutory, PR,PO, Payment approvals, Dashboards Preparation & Supervising, Monitoring of sites at centra level. ¢ Coordinating design team for asset modification, upgradation, modifications. ¢ Good knowledge on SCADA, monitoring tools, system losses, Quality points closing.
