Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in document development (MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, etc.). Analytical mindset for data interpretation and reporting. Minimum of 10 years of experience in safety management within the construction or operation industries, with at least 3 years in a training role. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
