Develop, implement, and review EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure workplace safety and environmental protection.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and company EHS regulations and standards.
Conduct safety training, inductions, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor plant activities to ensure safe work practices are followed at all times.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities, including drills and incident response plans.
Maintain EHS documentation, records, and statutory registers.
Participate in EHS audits, inspections, and management reviews.
Actively involve in EHS-related works, projects, and issue resolution within the plant.
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in EHS performance.
