Junior Accountant Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Reporting To: Finance & Accounts Manager About Aubree Le Chocolatier: Aubree is an award-winning premium patisserie brand based in Bengaluru, known for its artisanal desserts, chocolates, and fine confectionery. As a fast-growing company in the F&B space, we take pride in combining creativity, quality, and precision — values that extend to our finance operations as well. Position Overview: The Junior Accountant will assist the finance team in managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance — with a strong focus on Zoho Books. Candidates from hospitality, restaurant, café, or patisserie backgrounds will be preferred, given the need to manage outlet-level accounting, vendor coordination, and food industry-specific transactions. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting entries in Zoho Books. Record and reconcile sales, purchases, expenses, and payments from multiple outlets. Handle vendor invoices, purchase orders, GRNs, and payment scheduling. Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations and maintain petty cash records. Generate and maintain GST invoices, debit/credit notes, and statutory documentation. Assist with inventory accounting and coordinate with operations for material consumption and wastage reports. Prepare MIS reports, expense summaries, and management dashboards as required. Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely documentation. Ensure all accounting data is recorded correctly and maintained with confidentiality. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in hospitality / restaurant / café / patisserie / F&B industry. Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books – mandatory. Proficiency in MS Excel and understanding of accounting principles. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Good communication and coordination skills across teams. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability. Preferred: Experience managing multi-outlet accounting within Zoho Books. Understanding of costing, inventory control, and consumption tracking in F&B.
