Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing ERP team. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding of Odoo, capable of managing implementation, customization, and user support across various modules. Key Responsibilities: Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications in Odoo. Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects, etc.) Develop new modules or enhance existing ones using Python, XML, and Odoo APIs. Perform unit testing and support UAT with business users. Provide ongoing support and training to users. Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, reports, and custom logic. Collaborate with internal teams (development, business, QA) to deliver projects on time.
