Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Accounts & Finance Manager who will be reporting to finance head to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the infrastructure sector and expertise in handling GST compliance, foreign payments, and banking coordination. Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations. Prepare accurate year-end financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Handle GST compliance, including responding to notices and ensuring timely filings. Coordinate the team on foreign payments and LCs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and international payment protocols. Collaborate with banks for credit renewals, limit extensions, and maintain robust banking relationships. Provide support for audits, including coordination with internal and external auditors. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws and standards, including RBI guidelines for foreign transactions. Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to improve business performance. Maintain cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Qualifications : CMA Qualified or CA Qualified. 2 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of GST compliance and addressing notices. Familiarity with preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Skills Required : Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. Effective communication skills for coordination with banks and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred : Experience working in infrastructure or related industries. Knowledge of international trade compliance and foreign payment guidelines.
