Job Description

Graduate in commerce/accounts/BBA/MBA finance
Responsible for leading and directing the work of others and the overall process. Reviews client critical deliverables, manages the overall workload, and second-level process escalations
10+ years within Finance and Accounting BPO, accounting practice or finance department of commercial organization, bank or insurance company
Expert understanding of accounting principles
Knowledge of insurance products and operations desirable
Should have experience of core FnA processes including but not limited to reconciliations, FPnA, P2P, suspense management
Should be able to understand the effects of Journal Entry adjustments / reconciliations / Stat and Reg reporting
Knowledge of GAAP / IFRS will be preferred
Analytical, decision making, problem solving, and people management skills
Strong understanding of processes and process improvement
Excellent command of English both in written and spoken with customer service orientation
Results-oriented leader with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in handling team’s finance
