About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Accounts and finance manager to lead our financial management, planning, and advisory functions. This role requires full ownership of the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insightful analysis to drive long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in corporate finance, advanced financial modeling, strategic planning, and data-driven decision support. You will be responsible for interpreting financial data and presenting meaningful recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze advanced financial models (DCF, ROI, sensitivity analysis, scenario planning).
• Deliver strategic financial advice and insights to leadership teams.
• Oversee financial planning, consulting, and analysis with a focus on precision and business impact.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and fund flow, and variance analysis.
• Prepare detailed MIS reports, performance dashboards, and scorecards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and financial standards.
• Strengthen internal controls, optimize processes, and improve cost and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee core accounting activities, including AP/AR management, reconciliations, audits, and finalization of accounts.

Qualifications

• Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or Ph.D. in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: 8–15 years in corporate finance, consulting, strategic planning, or senior accounting roles.
• Strong capability in financial strategy, planning, modeling, and communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced financial analytics platforms.
