About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Accounts and Finance Manager to lead our organization’s financial operations, planning, and advisory functions. This role demands complete ownership of financial governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, risk management, and insightful financial analysis that supports long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in corporate finance, advanced financial modeling, strategic planning, and decision-support analytics. You will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, forecasting future performance, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and interpret advanced financial models including DCF, ROI, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and actionable insights to leadership teams.
• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and consulting activities with a strong focus on business impact.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and fund flow monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Prepare detailed MIS reports, performance scorecards, and analytical dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and financial compliance standards.
• Enhance internal financial controls, streamline processes, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Supervise core accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, audits, and finalization of accounts.

Qualifications

• Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or Ph.D. in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: 8–15 years in corporate finance, strategic planning, financial consulting, or senior accounting roles.
• Strong capability in financial strategy, business planning, modeling, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, BI dashboards, and advanced analytics tools.
