Accounts and Finance Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee and manage the company's financial operations in the processing industry, preferably within agri-processing, herbal, or spice manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective financial management, statutory compliance, cost control, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls and systems.
• Handle costing and inventory valuation related to production and processing units.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for funding, working capital, and other requirements.
• Support senior management with financial insights and business performance reports.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow, expenses, and profitability.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Industry Background: Mandatory experience in process industry (preferably agri-processing, herbal extracts, or spice industry).
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing finance.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Tally / SAP / similar).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
