Job Description

Oversees daily financial operations, manages accounting teams, ensures regulatory compliance (GAAP/IND-AS), handles budgeting, forecasting, reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet), manages audits (internal/statutory), optimizes cash flow, and provides financial insights to leadership for strategic decisions, combining technical accounting with financial planning and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Operations:

Manage day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, and Payroll), general ledger, reconciliations, and month/year-end closing processes.

· Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare financial statements, P&L, cash flow, MIS reports, and analyze variances for management.

· Compliance & Audits:

Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IND-AS) and tax laws (GST, TDS); coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.

· Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop budgets, financial models, and forecasts to support business planning.

· Cash & Investment Management:

Manage company investments, fund flow, and banking relationships.

· Internal Controls:

Design and strengthen internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Team Leadership:

Manage, motivate, and guide the finance & accounting team.

· Strategic Support:

Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights for business growth and strategic goals.

Core Skills:

· Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

· Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas) and accounting software like Zoho books.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

· Integrity, solution-oriented mindset, and leadership qualities.

Qualifications :

· Bachelor's or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting/Finance.

· Relevant certifications (CA, CMA, CPA) are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
