Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic
Account Manager – Paid Media
to serve as the primary client partner, driving performance marketing success through data-backed strategies and measurable growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, proven client management experience, and a strategic mindset that connects media performance to real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, including founders, CMOs, and marketing heads.
- Lead weekly performance review calls, translating data into actionable insights.
- Align growth forecasts and media strategy with business objectives.
- Manage client P&L for ad investments, balancing growth, efficiency, and scalability.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Oversee campaign performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and payback period.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations based on data.
- Create and present performance reports that communicate results clearly.
Scaling & Strategy Development
- Collaborate with internal strategists to design and implement scaling roadmaps.
- Recommend budget allocation, audience expansion, and funnel optimization strategies.
- Audit creatives and landing pages to support sustainable growth.
- Explore new platforms, testing opportunities, and automation for efficiency.
Execution Oversight & Team Coordination
- Ensure smooth campaign execution across internal teams.
- Translate strategy into actionable deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Review deliverables for quality before client submission.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on campaign management and communication.
Process & Systems Development
- Build and refine SOPs, templates, and playbooks for reporting and campaign audits.
- Maintain workflow consistency, data hygiene, and documentation quality.
- Contribute to automation and dashboard initiatives for better visibility.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing or digital strategy (preferably agency-side).
- Proven experience managing ₹50L–₹2Cr+ monthly ad spends.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — decisions rooted in data.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience managing C-suite relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen — able to link ad metrics to revenue.
- Prior experience mentoring small teams and improving internal workflows.
