About the Role:

Premier Energies Limited is currently seeking a bright, motivated and entrepreneurial candidate to join its Accounts team as Manager – Accounts. This is a full-time role that will be based in our Hyderabad Office.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure books of accounts are complete and accurate on a real time basis and are available for frontline sign-off and submission to appropriate authorities on time and as per the prescribed Accounting standards by ICAI, Companies Act and other relevant statutes.
• Handling financial matters including Working Capital Management, Ratio Analysis, and Capital Budgeting & Cash Flow Analysis.
• Coordinating in the preparation, maintenance and filing of CMA Data, projected P&L Account and Balance Sheet as required by bank authorities and financial institutions.
• Ensuring conformity and compliance to and with all statutory requirements.
• MIS for CFO / Board of Directors on regular basis.
• Support internal / external audits and drive sustainable and timely remediation of outstanding audit issues as per Companies Act & Income Tax Act.
• Bring in improvement in the existing processes and standardize the workings of the team.
• Filing of TDS Return / Service Tax Return / PT Return, etc.
• Handling accounting & finance team of 7-8 people.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant with 2-7 years of experience at a Corporate in a managerial role.

• Uses Financial Knowledge and experience to challenge and input into business decisions.
• Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership of deliverables.
• Attention to details and good articulation skills.
• Strong Taxation knowledge.
• Should have led a team and should be able to share knowledge and coach others in accounting, taxation, analytical tools and techniques.
• Maintains high integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Knowledge of accounting systems like SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
