About the Role

Responsibilities

Training Needs Analysis
: Collaborate with departments to identify training requirements.
Training Delivery
: Develop and deliver technical and soft skills programs.
LMS Management
: Administer the LMS, track learner progress, and generate reports.
Onboarding
: Coordinate induction training for new hires.
Vendor Management
: Work with external training providers when needed.
Feedback & Reporting
: Evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvements.

Qualifications

Post Graduation Degree in HR

Required Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors)
5+ years in L&D, preferably in manufacturing
Knowledge of adult learning principles and compliance standards
