About the Role


Responsibilities

  • Training Needs Analysis

    : Collaborate with departments to identify training requirements.
  • Training Delivery

    : Develop and deliver technical and soft skills programs.
  • LMS Management

    : Administer the LMS, track learner progress, and generate reports.
  • Onboarding

    : Coordinate induction training for new hires.
  • Vendor Management

    : Work with external training providers when needed.
  • Feedback & Reporting

    : Evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvements.


Qualifications

  • Post Graduation Degree in HR


Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • 5+ years in L&D, preferably in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and compliance standards


Preferred Skills

  • Additional relevant certifications
