Account Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Accounts Manager with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage the full spectrum of accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.
• Handle end-to-end accounting including ledgers, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare and review P&L statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, and cash-flow statements.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Monitor internal controls and implement process improvements.
• Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes.
• Supervise junior accounting staff if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in accounting and financial management.
• Expert-level proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Excellent understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and team-management skills.

• Knowledge of additional accounting or ERP software is a plus.
• Prior experience handling audits and process automation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
