Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and reliable Senior Accountant who can independently handle accounting, finance, taxation, and compliance activities for our growing organization. The candidate must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complete accounts up to finalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Bank, Cash).
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliances.
• Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, MIS reports, and financial statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Oversee inventory accounting and cost analysis.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory reports.
• Assist management in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance (any relevant qualification).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounting & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Familiar with MS Excel, GST Portal, and TDS Portal.
• Good understanding of manufacturing sector accounts (preferred).
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
