Electrical Maintenance Engineer

You are looking for a highly experienced Electrical Engineer (Maintenance) to join the team at Auro Impex, Dhaniakhali. Your ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical maintenance in a mechanical equipment manufacturing setup, particularly involving roll forming machines, pipe making machines, welding machines, cutting machines, and related equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, machines, and equipment. - Troubleshoot breakdowns in roll forming machines, pipe making machines, welding machines, cutting equipment, and other plant utilities. - Maintain and service electrical panels, drives, motors, control circuits, and power distribution systems. - Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. - Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams for smooth machine operation. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. - Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and breakdown analysis. - Suggest improvements for efficiency, reliability, and safety of equipment. Skills & Competencies Required: - Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance in heavy machinery and manufacturing setups. - Hands-on experience with motors, drives, control panels, welding/cutting machine electrical systems. - Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings. - Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong commitment to safety and preventive maintenance practices. - Team player with good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Background: - Graduate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering. - 10-15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industries (preferably in machine shops, roll forming, or pipe making).
