Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Mohali

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5-6 years in accounting or finance or more

Preferred Candidate: Applicants with strong field coordination skills and willingness to travel frequently will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal and tax requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, banks, and auditing departments
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Supervise billing, invoicing, challan management, and GST-related activities
• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Conduct field visits for coordination, audits, collections, or documentation whenever required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or equivalent (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software (Marg or other accounting tools is a plus)
• Excellent MS Excel and reporting skills
• Strong communication, negotiation & field coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Must be responsible, disciplined, and deadline-oriented
• Willingness to travel for work when required
