We are looking for a visionary Account Executive to join our growing team of professionals. This role is critical in spearheading AlgorithmX's growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in digital marketing or related technologies, along with a passion for driving client success and revenue growth. They will act as the bridge between client needs and our technical and creative teams, ensuring every solution we deliver exceeds expectations.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential client segments in industries such as technology, education, healthcare, retail, and more.
• Develop and execute targeted business development strategies for US, European, and other international markets.
• Analyze market trends to position AlgorithmX’s offerings competitively.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proactively engage with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers to pitch tailored solutions.
• Drive measurable growth by meeting and exceeding revenue targets through new client acquisition and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Close high-value contracts by delivering compelling proposals and negotiating win-win agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic insights to clients for expanding their digital and tech portfolios.
• Proactively address client challenges, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
• Foster long-term partnerships by consistently delivering results that align with client goals.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge in digital marketing, app development, website development, blockchain, and AI solutions to provide consultative sales approaches.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a cutting-edge advantage.
• Educate clients on the value of AlgorithmX’s innovative offerings, tailored to meet their unique business needs.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide input to marketing teams for crafting targeted campaigns, thought leadership content, and sales enablement assets.
• Mentor and train junior team members to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and performance.
• Expertise in developing high-converting sales pitches, business proposals, and strategic account plans.
• Proven ability to close deals with high-value clients, including C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC), app development life cycles, and custom B2B solutions.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as blockchain and AI to offer future-ready solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.
• Skilled in using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to craft
data-driven strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's or MBA preferred
