Role Overview At AlgorithmX , we’re on a mission to disrupt the ordinary through cutting-edge digital solutions spanning marketing, development, blockchain, and AI. We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first line of outreach in our sales funnel. This role is key to generating qualified leads and building strong, high-potential pipelines for our business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a curious mindset, and a drive to grow within a fast-paced tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Conduct market research to identify potential customers across key sectors: technology, education, healthcare, retail, and more Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Apollo , Lusha , and HubSpot/Salesforce to build and manage prospect lists Initiate outbound communication (emails, calls, social outreach) to engage new leads Qualify leads based on their needs, challenges, and alignment with our solutions 2. Pipeline Building & Nurturing Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns Book meetings and demos for BDMs and Account Managers by crafting persuasive messaging Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel 3. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Track KPIs such as emails sent, calls made, meetings booked, and conversion rates Share insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends with the leadership team Key Qualifications Experience & Education: 2–4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or inside sales roles in a B2B tech or digital services company Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Skills & Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to grasp complex technology offerings and translate them into client value Resilience, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset Basic understanding of digital marketing, app/website development, or AI solutions is a plus Tools Proficiency: CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce (or similar) Outreach: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha Communication: Email, Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack Show more Show less
