Key Responsibilities: Design high-impact marketing creatives, including social media graphics, digital ads, email campaigns, and more. Create visually appealing and conversion-focused landing pages in collaboration with the marketing and product teams. Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints and communications. Work closely with content, product, and growth teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life. (Optional but preferred) Assist with video editing and basic motion graphics for marketing and product explainers. Requirements: 1–5 years of hands-on design experience (agency or in-house, we’re open). Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Experience designing marketing creatives and landing pages. Strong attention to detail, a good sense of color, typography, and layout. Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment. Experience in video editing or animation (using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a strong plus. What you'll be doing: Plan and run performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Meta, etc.) Manage and grow our online presence — from social media to email marketing. Work on SEO/SEM strategies to improve traffic and visibility. Collaborate with designers and content folks to roll out engaging creatives and copy. Track campaign performance, analyze data, and keep optimizing. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in the digital marketing space. What we're looking for: 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing and client relations (Agency experience is a bonus) Working with multiple stakeholders managing marketing campaigns and effective project management skills Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools A good grasp of content strategy, customer funnels, and performance metrics Creative mindset + analytical thinking. Self-starter with strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
