Zonal Sales Manager – B2B Printing Sales

Role Objective:

North India

Required Experience:

Minimum 5–8 years in B2B printing sales

corporate clients and procurement managers

Experience in handling large-volume, fast-turnaround printing jobs with detailed specifications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Acquisition & Execution

  • Acquire new clients in Delhi NCR, UP, and surrounding regions
  • Focus on onboarding

    corporate buyers, marketing heads, procurement teams

  • Convert the

    first three deals

    per client, ensuring smooth execution and satisfaction
  • Ensure complete enquiry details from clients:
  • Product name & specifications
  • Quantity
  • Delivery timeline & location
  • Target price & reference visuals

2. Team Management

  • Lead and monitor performance of Sales Executives in Noida and surrounding cities
  • Assign targets, drive weekly reviews, and support the team in closing deals
  • Provide technical guidance in understanding client requirements in print-based categories

3. Coordination & CRM

  • Liaise with the

    operations team

    for rate finalization, proposal generation, and timely delivery
  • Maintain real-time updates in the

    CRM

    (Worksuite) – lead status, deal stage, notes, documents
  • Share weekly funnel and performance reports with the

    CMO

4. Relationship Building

  • Personally manage key accounts during the onboarding phase
  • Maintain post-deal engagement to ensure

    repeat business and retention

  • Capture feedback and support service improvement initiatives

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  • Number of

    new corporate clients onboarded

  • Volume of

    fresh printing deals

    closed per month
  • Zonal revenue contribution from fresh accounts (target: 70% fresh, 30% ongoing)
  • CRM update quality and adherence
  • Client satisfaction in early-stage engagement

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • 5–8 years in

    B2B printing sales or corporate branding sales

  • Deep understanding of printing specs, materials, finishing, and vendor-side challenges
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho, Worksuite
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to

    Noida/Delhi NCR
