Role Overview:

The Zonal Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets for the North Zone. This role demands strategic leadership, strong market understanding, and effective team management to build and sustain business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the zonal sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the region.
  • Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive both fresh client acquisition and business from existing accounts.
  • Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the zonal sales team to enhance productivity.
  • Set clear KPIs and review performance regularly.
  • Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market & Business Development

  • Explore and penetrate new market segments in the assigned zone.
  • Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Operational Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to CRM usage, reporting standards, and sales processes.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a zonal/regional leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in

    B2B sectors such as printing, branding, corporate gifting only.
