Position: Zonal Manager – West (General Trade)

Industry: Home Appliances

Experience Required: 7-8 years (ONLY from the Appliances Industry)

Location: Based in Mumbai and should be handling Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Zonal Manager - West to lead and drive General Trade sales in the Western region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the home appliances industry with strong expertise in managing distributors, retailers, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals for the Western zone.
• Manage and expand the distributor and dealer network in General Trade.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution of trade marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and achievement of targets.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 8-10 years of experience in the Appliances Industry (General Trade experience is a must).

• Strong understanding of the West market dynamics.

• Proven leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
