Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed the company's sales objectives within the assigned zone.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.

Lead, motivate, and guide regional and area sales teams to drive high performance.

2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives to ensure effective coverage and achievement of sales targets.

Set clear individual and team goals and regularly review performance.

Provide coaching and mentorship to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and build brand awareness.

Address customer needs and ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.

4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the zone to drive market expansion and increase sales.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth product launches and availability.

Propose new initiatives to improve business performance and market share.

5. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all business dealings.

Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
