Job Description

As a Zonal Sales Manager, your role will involve driving sales growth, managing distributors, leading the sales team, and expanding market presence across the South region. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies for the MH region. - Appoint and manage distributors, super stockists, and channel partners. - Lead, train, and monitor Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Ensure market coverage, product availability, and visibility. - Track competitor activities and provide market insights. - Conduct regular market visits and review team performance. - Ensure timely reporting, sales planning, and forecasting. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong experience in FMCG sales & distribution. - Leadership skills with the ability to drive a sales team. - Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Knowledge of the Andhra Pradesh market is mandatory. Qualifications: - Graduate preferred. - 10 years of FMCG sales experience, including team handling.
