Role Summary

The Zonal Sales Manager (North Zone) will oversee sales operations across all North Indian states, manage the regional team, drive revenue growth, and develop a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage RSMs, ASMs, and Sales Officers across the North Zone.
• Achieve zonal sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
• Develop and manage distributor and Super Stockist networks across the region.
• Execute sales strategies, schemes, promotional activities, and new launches.
• Conduct market visits, team reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Track competitor activities and provide strategic inputs.
• Ensure timely submission of reports, sales plans, beat plans, and activations.
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners and distributors.

Requirements

• Graduate; MBA preferred.
• 7–12 years of FMCG sales experience (snacks/dry fruits category preferred).
• Strong channel management experience in North India (Delhi, UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, J&K).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across the zone.
• Proven experience in handling high-volume sales targets and large teams.
