Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager, West, based in Ahmedabad. In this position, you will manage zonal sales operations, i dentify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors across the zone (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, M.P and Rajasthan). Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in major construction and real estate companies, architects, consultants, and large institutional buyers. Develop and execute strategic zonal sales plans aligned with overall company objectives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and sales representatives, setting clear KPIs and performance goals. D evelop sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. You will analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitors' activities to enhance sales performance. Additionally, you will oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of the sales team within the region.
