We're Hiring: Zonal Manager, West

Location: Ahmedabad Start Date: Immediate / 30 days Type: permanent

Are you an experienced sales and business development person looking for your next challenge? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing EV industry.

What Youll Do:
Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors across the zone (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, M.P and Rajasthan)

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Develop and execute strategic zonal sales plans aligned with overall company objectives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and sales representatives, setting clear KPIs and performance goals.

What Were Looking For:
10+ years of experience in channel sales and business development.

Having electrical or business development background with leadership role.

Strong understanding of business processes and financial systems.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to build a team and lead initiatives.

willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned zone.
