Job Summary:

The Zonal Head is responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market reach, and managing operations within a designated zone. This role requires strong leadership, people management, and strategic execution to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a team in the allocated zone.
• Lead and mentor a team of Channel Sales Managers (CSMs) across various territories in the zone.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
• Monitor targets, track performance, and ensure timely reporting to the Sales Head.
• Identify growth opportunities and institutional tie-ups
• Maintain a high-performance culture by coaching, reviewing, and motivating the team.
• Conduct regular zone-level reviews and training programs.
• Resolve escalations, ensure customer satisfaction, and support smooth post-sale operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Prior experience managing a team and overseeing sales across a region or zone.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned zone.

Compensation:

Salary = 1 L

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
